ABOUT
As a visionary athletics executive, TEDx speaker, and intrapreneur, I have spent 15 years in inaugural leadership roles at UNLV, Boston University, and the University of California, Berkeley. I focus on building the teams, systems, and measurable outcomes necessary for elite student-athlete, coach, and sport administrator development.
Today, I serve as the Senior Associate Athletics Athletics Director and Senior Woman Administrator and Sport Administrator at Cal. Additionally, I co-authored the NACDA-N4A review and am a Lead Facilitator for the Association for Talent Development. My experiences are informed by a transformational experience as a Division I All-American, Team USA Softball player, and UNLV 2026 Hall of Fame inductee.
