I have always been passionate about building and creating. Whether revitalizing a softball team to national prominence as a Division I All-American athlete or building new programs in three inaugural roles across three institutions, my drive for excellence and innovation has been unwavering.

With over 13 years of visionary and strategic leadership in higher education and intercollegiate athletics, I am uniquely equipped to help individuals and organizations design programs that achieve measurable success and a significant return on investment.
